This tool converts ODK XLSForm files into printable PDFs, offering some control over which elements to show as well as questionnaire formatting. I've tested it quite a bit with different XLSForms, but those can vary in the wild — so make sure to give the output a careful look before printing or sharing. Use of Chrome recommended. I hope this is useful to you!
